• Delivery

Our standard delivery is 3-5 working days using Royal Mail. (please note- working days exclude weekends and bank holidays)

There may be exceptional circumstances where this could take longer so please allow up to 10 working days.

Deliveries to the Scottish Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland will take extra time to arrive.

Standard delivery is free and all items can be collected from the studio by arrangement.

• Returns

Goods can be returned to Jo Vincent within 28 days of receiving them. Items must be in a saleable condition and in original packaging.

A full refund will be issued when received. The purchaser is required to pay return postage. Please contact the studio at info@jovincent.com to discuss this before sending the item back to us.

• International Orders

Please contact the studio to discuss delivery outside of the UK. info@jovincent.com
